The NiMAC Ltd business philosophy follows that of its founder Director Nigel McDonald and is based on integrity and confidentiality.

Nigel joined the Royal Air Force as an aircraft engineering apprentice at the age of 16 in the dual trades of airframes and engines. Whilst serving in the Royal Air Force at bases in Germany and the UK, which included a position working with the Defence Research Agency at Farnborough, Nigel gained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a post graduate degree in Law. He also pursued his passion for winter sports and enjoyed four years as a competing member of the British Skeleton Bobsleigh Team, becoming the National Team Captain in 1997.

On leaving the RAF after 13 years Nigel joined ROCOL Ltd, a speciality lubricant manufacturer based in Leeds UK as a salesman, where he quickly developed an enthusiasm for problem solving relating to metalworking fluid issues.

Nigel subsequently joined Adichem UK Ltd in 2000 as the UK and Benelux Sales Manager, with responsibilities that included the marketing of the Hornett Bros & Co Ltd additive portfolio. It was with their full support that NiMAC Ltd was formed in April 2005.
