At Hornett Bros site in Rainham, Essex they have facilities for blending/manufacturing 1,000 litres to 10,000 litres in vessels dedicated to water and oil based products, all supported by their fully equipped Quality Assurance laboratory. Hornett Bros have storage tanks on site which range from 10,000 litres to 50,000 litres. All products can be delivered in drums, IBC’s (intermediate bulk containers) or road tankers.

The Hornett Bros product range encompasses a range of sulphurised Extreme Pressure (EP) and anti-wear additives, chlorinated paraffin’s, emulsifiers, industrial gear oil and slideway additive packages. Hornett Bros are also the Cognis Synlubes oleochemicals distributor for the UK and Ireland.

DBM Chemicals Ltd is a wholly owned and managed subsidiary of Hornett Bros. DBM Chemicals manufactures chemicals for the construction industry and trade in distilled tall oil (DTO), tall oil fatty acids (TOFA), crude tall oil (CTO), methyl oleate, tallow, Benzotriazole and Tolytriazole.
